Experienced Bartender
We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated, detail oriented and hard-working leader to drive and oversee our bar operations. As an experienced bartender, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Be in charge of the entire bar operation, including preparation, production and presentation
Ensure drinks quality and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Responsible for sourcing and procurement
Review food cost analysis on a regular basis and in line with budget and forecast
Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
Lead, train and ensure a high level of kitchen staff engagement
Create, provide execution plan and direction for new menu
Coordinate and conduct training sessions for kitchen and floor staff on new menu
Monitor performance against guests feedback and strive for continuous improvement of food quality and customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in renowned restaurant or hotel
Extensive knowledge and interest in advance mixology and beverage in an advance
Strong planning, communication, training and coaching skills
Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
Strong values of accountability, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
